How do you stay connected to your clients? Is it effective? Do you feel overwhelmed by the lack of interaction and knowing if they were more connected, you would sell more?


These are the questions that we must ask ourselves. Not knowing the answer is ok, but not wanting to, is a red flag! Knowing our customers on a connected level builds trust and creates a tiny army of raving fans. People want to buy, people just don't like to be sold to. Did you see what I did there? I said people want to buy! We all like to buy. It's part of the human nature to want to have new things and experience the thrill of getting something special.


So by now, I am sure you are saying, ok Shauna what does this have to do with Connection, right? Well, I will tell you.... when I create "NO" connection and only a transactional purchase, I give my customer permission to look at other places for their next purchase. Now many will say quality will keep them coming back. But are you the only business providing quality? I bet not!

So building a lasting connection with customers is ESSENTIAL! It is the absolute key to them walking by 2 other stores that sell the same products and have to take time to drive or navigate to your website. It is understanding the way people value connection. You are already on the right track to building a lasting community through connection.
